OneView location: On our website (www.antwerpschools.org)
In the “Parent Resources” tab and also in the “Quick Links” tab.
*OneView serves as a location for parents to complete student forms that in past years, had been completed with paper forms.
*OneView is the location that parents can update student information such as change of address or phone number.
*OneView is the location that parents may complete the registration process for new students to our district.
We are requesting that you take a moment to visit the OneView link and click on “Create A New Account”. After creating your account, you will be directed to a screen that request Personal and Account Access Information. Complete these sections, then select the “Register & Begin” button.
You will be directed to a screen to confirm information already provided and/or provide updated information. When completed, click the “Save and Submit” button.
Next, click the “Submit and View Online Forms” button and complete/update the Demographics & Emergency Medical Authorization Form, and Transportation Form, then click the “Save and Submit to District” button.
If you have already created a new account, simply login and follow the steps listed above.
Please complete and submit the Forms by August 10th.
