Journalism Students Attend Convention in Chicago

Yearbook Adviser Mrs. Amy Sorrell received her Master Journalism Educator award and got an autograph from former White House photographer Pete Souza. Several of the students received awards as well. Chloe Saul earned an Honorable Mention for Sports Action Photography, and Maddie Boesch earned an Honorable Mention for Feature Photography. Broadcast student Iris Sorrell received an Honorable Mention for her broadcast feature story on the solar array panel.
